Introductions and Server documentation

You only forked the some of the sharing stuff right? As forking most of the
server guide sounds kind of useless for a desktop distro. If there is more
stuff that is in the Server Guide that could be usefull, I would rather
have an apt:url to the server-guide than copy a bunch of it in for
kubuntu-docs.
