Server Guide HTML

Hi,

sorry to interrupt a conversation, but could some one help me fill in the
last couple of missing parts of https://wiki.ubuntu.com/phillw/draft
specifically
the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/phillw/draft#php.ini parts. I'm ready to update
the screen shots to be 'Ubuntu' (they're currently Lubuntu), but I cannot
post that as a replacement to the existing documentation with those gaps.

It's also been suggested that I split the sections into separate pages for
the likes of phpmyadmin, php.ini etc. in order to follow the wiki guide
lines and make updating easier, which I'm more than happy to do.

Thanks,

Phill.
