Awesome, thanks Matthew. I was pretty busy the last couple of weeks, and
haven't had much time to get some Ubuntu things done. On the HTML note, at
the last UDS we discussed dropping the ubuntu-serverguide package, and just
keeping the HTML, PDF, and DocBook files up to date.

Some reasons for dropping the package include:

Keeping the content updated. (main example is the OpenLDAP section that
didn't get updated for Karmic)
Informal poll of server users indicate that they all use PDF or Online
versions of the guide.
With the PDF download they can have offline access to the content.
Users don't seem to use the Help system for server stuff.

So basically the Server Guide source will stay where it is, and the Make
file can just be adjusted to not build the package. I imagine that the
guide will follow the same string freeze rules as before for the most part.
Obviously if there is no package then only the HTML needs to be updated
with new translations.

What are your thoughts, feedback, etc? I probably should of had this
conversation months ago just after UDS when everything was fresh in my mind,
but hopefully this makes sense.

I've also copied the Doc list.

Thanks again Matthew.
