Wrong Link in the documentation

Dear all,
was looking for information about Users and Group
from the official guide for Ubuntu 10.04 and I just noticed
that at the address:
https://help.ubuntu.com/10.04/advanced-topics/C/index.html

the link for the section "About Users and Groups" is wrong.
In fact it links to 
"file:///usr/share/doc/base-passwd/users-and-groups.html"
instead to the right page.
