USB installation instructions for beginners

Hi,
the screen-shot (figure 2) is now wrong (don't blame me, they altered the
boot screen at the last minute !!)

The thorny issue of resizing partitions, with Vista and Win7 the general
consensus on the forums seems to be to let windows to resize the partitions
rather than getting gparted to do it.

the vista method, i understand it is the same for win7.
