CD boot splash screen changed

At the request of Mark Shuttleworth and the design team, I've removed
the "Ubuntu" text and logo from the CD boot splash screen on Ubuntu and
Ubuntu Netbook images - that is, the first screen that appears when
booting a CD. It used to look like this:

  http://people.canonical.com/~cjwatson/tmp/ubuntu-boot-screen.png

It now looks like this:

  http://people.canonical.com/~cjwatson/tmp/ubuntu-boot-screen-new.png

The reason for this is to avoid the new branding being distorted on some
hardware due to
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gfxboot-theme-ubuntu/+bug/536692.
It seems likely to me that there will be some screenshots of this screen
in documentation, so this is a heads-up - please update those
screenshots.

No other screens have changed as part of this.

Thanks,
