Request for UI freeze exception for empathy notifications

Hi , 

In Ubuntu 9.10 [Karmic Koala] , empathy is the default IM client and the
default notification daemon is notify-osd.

Empathy ,at present, uses its own image icon [im-message-new] for the
new message notifications. Rather it should use the icon ,
notification-message-im , from the set provided by notify-osd.

A bug [ https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/empathy/+bug/409828 ]
had been filed for this a while ago , but since its not yet fixed its
needs a UI freeze exception.
 
It is in progress now and is scheduled to fixed soon , so if there are
any documentations which have the screenshots of empathy's new message
notification , it will need to be updated.
