Upcoming UI changes for UNR

[Dougie Richardson]

If you're familiar with DocBook, you can check out the skleton ut it
would be just as helpful at the moment to write help in plain text
following our style guide. Particularly for any multimedia related
topics which the ubuntu-docs package could also need.
