I want to be part of the Doc team

Hi docu team,
I'm a glutton for docu so I'd like to join the team and I'd be very grateful
for someone to mentor me and keep me on track with the way things are done
here.

My main interest is the wiki and community help wik, in particular the
content addressing the Ubuntu release, packaging and update side of things.
Basically, I'm hoping to help users' expectations become more aligned
through the wiki documentation. Just for the record, I landed here through
Bug 445460 via 283137 and I've used Ubuntu for less than a year.

I dipped my toes by correcting a typo (after reading guidelines and other
mailman mails) so my first request is to please check that I didn't break
anything in the process;
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DocumentationTeam/StyleGuide/SpellingPunctuationGrammar
.

And my next request is how to proceed from there? There doesn't seem to be
an option to discuss the wiki pages content as part of the wiki, like
wikipedia, and I'm certainly not bold enough to simply change content. So
I'm hoping a mentor can provide the answer.

Looking forward to this,
Alan
