Lucid branches for kubuntu-docs and xubuntu-docs

Hi Jonathan,

I noticed that you pushed this change to the karmic branch - I think
that was accidental.

I've created a lucid branch which includes your changes and reverted
the changes in the karmic branch.

I'm copying this email to the list for information. I've also created
a lucid branch for xubuntu-docs while I'm at it, the branches are
