bzr branch upgrades

Hi,

Bzr has recently introduced a new format, named 2a, which is supposed
to be a lot faster and hopefully will have better compatibility in
future versions. As a result, I've requested that all of our branches
be upgraded on Launchpad:

Once this is done, it will also probably be necessary for us to
upgrade our local branches / repositories or get them again from
Launchpad so I'll keep this thread posted with progress. It seems to
me that this is a good time in the release cycle to get this done,
with Karmic out of the way and focus starting to fall on Lucid.
