OpenSSH Revamp

As I have mentioned previously, I was working on a MAJOR
revamp/reorganization of the SSH/Server Wiki Articles (sorry it took
so long, I meant to have it ready for Jaunty, but fell behind on other
stuff). These go into slightly more in-depth (re:lengthy) than the
basic OpenSSH Server Guide which is why they were not put into the
guide itself. I would welcome and encourage power OpenSSH users to
review these documents for anything else that may be useful, missing,
or inaccurate (as most of this data came from existing articles).

I removed the redirect on the [[SSH]] page to [[SSHHowTo]], and set it
up so that [[SSHHowTo]] now redirects to [[SSH]]. This is part of our
implementation to attempt to remove the "HowTo" from article titles
discussed in prior mailing list conversations.

Now, when someone goes to "InternetAndNetworking" and clicks on "SSH",
it will take them to:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SSH

>From there, users can link to any of the following:

Open SSH Server Guide:
https://help.ubuntu.com/9.04/serverguide/C/openssh-server.html

* Installing, Configuring, and Testing an OpenSSH Server
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SSH/OpenSSH/InstallingConfiguringTesting

* SSH Key Authentication
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SSH/OpenSSH/Keys

* Connecting to an OpenSSH Server
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SSH/OpenSSH/ConnectingTo

* Port Forwarding
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SSH/OpenSSH/PortForwarding

In order to keep an organizational structure, and make it easier for
users to find their way, at the top of each article, users/visitors
will see:

"Parent page: Internet and Networking >> SSH"

This will prevent them from getting lost and make it easier for them
to find related articles without being caught in a loop.

I would appreciate any constructive criticisms, comments, or concerns
that anyone might have to these changes.

I would also welcome the ServerGuide Team to take a look at this to
see if any content within this organizational structure would fit
their needs.
