Help Needed

Hi There

I am Tanzanian, am so happy to join in this session, But i face some problem on using ubuntu and i really need your help. 

first i accidentally delete some files that help my computer to boot up so Operating system can not boot anymore because some files are missing, so i need your help on how i can repair the operating system without loosing my data please guys i need your help.
