I've picked up a 3g signal now, so I've taken care of this.

Existing members of the ~ubuntu-doc-wiki-admins team who weren't
listed on the https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EditorGroup page have
now been removed from that team with an explanatory message and added
to the ~ubuntu-doc-contributors team.

Pending members have been declined with a similar message inviting
them to join the ~ubuntu-doc-contributors team.

If this has affected you and you're confused by what has happened,
feel free to post here.
