"No customizations"? Goodness me. You're considerably underestimating
the number of modifications to the Ubuntu installation-guide versus
Debian. Just have a look at the changelog! They are sufficient that
there would be little point in attempting to ship the Debian
translations, although the Debian translations would doubtless be a good
place for translators to start.
