installation-guide in Rosetta

Hi,

I just found this package among so many templates in Rosetta:
https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+source/installation-guide

Is this package also handled by Ubuntu Documentation ?
Are the translations exported from Rosetta and updated in the package?

After taking a quick look at the source package I see that lates changes
were done by Frans Pop from Debian.

I'm trying to document the Ubuntu Translation and in case you consider
this a stupid question ,please forgive me.
