Kubuntu-docs into Rosetta?

Do you have access to download all kubuntu-docs translations ?

As far as I know, only Matthew East can request this kind of download
from Rosetta. This is why I thought that he is also handling other
ubuntu family docs.

Richard, is the information OK for kubuntu-docs ? (feel free to update
the table :)

I will try to talk with the other maintainers to see if it's OK to
contact them for translation problems.
