We could create a 'ubuntu-help-www' project and put help website/wiki
specific bugs there. I'm not sure how good an idea that is.
Disadvantages are that it may result in a little work reassigning bugs
when someone doesn't realise the content on h.u.c is the same as the
ubuntu-docs package also we have two lists to point people at still
(though at least there's a separation that makes sense).
