Card sorting programs - suggest one or write one?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know of a free, web-based card-sorting program, similar to
this[1] but without restrictions on the number of participants and the
number of card sorts that can be designed?

If there isn't anything suitable out there, would someone like to have
a go at writing one? It would probably be HTML + JavaScript, and
shouldn't be too complicated. I have a few requirements in mind.
