Moving/Reorganizing How To Backup on the Wiki

Hello,

I was looking at the wiki and noticed that there are a ton of pages on
different ways/tools to backup but it is not very organized. Is it ok if
I take that on as a project of mine to organize? Also, I was wondering
how to like move or I guess rename pages ont he wiki, it seems like the
rename page action is usually greyed out. what should I do?
