important: change of Launchpad project name for ubuntu-docs

Hi,

As I posted about here, I've asked the Launchpad admins to rename the
Launchpad project where our code is stored from "ubuntu-doc" to
"ubuntu-docs", to make its naming convention consistent with

URLs in Launchpad should automatically redirect, but bzr will not. So
anyone using bzr branches on the ubuntu-doc project will need to take
note of the new name of the project and amend the commands they are
running in bzr accordingly. For ease of reference, ubuntu-docs bzr
branches can be found here:
