Request for comments about the Ubuntu Signpost

That's a good question, but not one that I think can be answered yet. 
Maybe #ubuntu-signpost will remain horrendously active for the 
foreseeable future, and we'll need to attract lots of helpers.  Maybe it 
will see a flurry of activity while the wiki signpost is optimised, 
which then slows to a trickle.  Maybe this will turn out to be a bad 
idea, and everyone will ignore us :)

Since the "chatroom" part could be a forum or a mailing list, I've 
christened the model the "Flowq" - a fusion between a FAQ and a 
flowchart.  I've put an initial version up here:

As of the time of writing, I think it's long, unstructured, incomplete, 
and probably inaccurate.  I think it'll take me a few days to get the 
content right, let alone a layout.  So feel free to change anything you 
like, because if you don't I will :)
