Garr, you're right I forgot about the builddeps.

Nope, not by default.  The goal isn't necessarily to view the PDF on a
server install, but to have it available.

Placing a PDF version of the guide on help.ubuntu.com would be greatly
appreciated.  Thanks for the feedback Matthew.
