bluetooth gnome-bluez documentation needs help

I just added information to the wiki page linking to current bug and
forum topics in the comments
that would
affect anyone interested in bluetooth configuration. gnome-bluez
currently has problems, as
far as I can tell.

It looks to me like the page was last organized around version 7.10,
with additional updates
that describe some current tools.

I would propose a reorganization of the page that clearly marks out
tools that are associated
with a particular version. both 8.10 and 9.04 need particular attention.

looking at the page history, I'm not entirely sure who to talk with
about this page. since I am new
here, perhaps someone can suggest the best way to proceed. Do you
normally have a list of
package maintainers who would review suggested changes?
