Wesley,

Could you post a link to the page?  People often confuse the html
version of the system docs with the community wiki since they are on the
same domain.  A wiki page you can edit yourself, without needing to file
a bug report.  That said, we do allow people to file bugs about wiki
pages against the ubuntu-docs package.

If the problem is outside the scope of documentation but related to
Ubuntu's website, then you can file a bug against ubuntu-website.
