Review Request - Kubuntu Documentation - Basics Topic

I have just completed the Basics topic draft and would like it if someone
can go through and review it. Please respond to this email so everyone
knows you will be working on the review.

One thing about this review, I would love to hear feedback on other things
that can be tossed in there, as well as cleaning up what I have committed
thus far. I think that section still needs a bit of work, and your feedback
