Is there a primary contact within the Kubuntu group who coordinates
with KDE on external communication?

There is a conversation presently at kde-promo about working with
Linux distributions on the KDE branding repositioning. The primary
distinctions about Kubuntu are Ubuntu+KDE. So it's important to the
Kubuntu effort to coordinate with the KDE message. Most likely there
is something in place, but it looks like a question mark from the KDE
perspective (based on the KDE wiki information).
