High CPU Usage While Watching Online Movies in Karmic Koala

A friend of me is facing with some problems while he's watching online movies in Karmic Koala. He uses Chrome and Firefox. While watching online movies, CPU usage is about %95 and the computer freezes. 


He had made an online test if Java was installed or not, it had said that Java wasn't installed on his system but he knows it is already installed.  


There's one more problem about Rhythmbox. He said that he had made albums for songs, but while playing somehow it had stopped playing suddenly. After that, he had tried to install different softwares but it had always kept stopping.


Graphics card: Nvidia Geforce fx 5200 (128 MB)
Sound card: Onbord Realtek AC97


And one more thing, he had tried to install Flash plugin but the CPU still had showed about %95. 


Any ideas for these problems?
