There are many, many books for people switching from Windows to Ubuntu.
Just search an online book store like Amazon and you'll get plenty of
results.

I can recommend "Ubuntu for Non-Geeks" by Rickford Grant, because I was
the technical reviewer on that book. I'm sure they're all pretty decent,
though.
