is a fairly good place to start, if you have some more specific
questions then please let us know.

If you download the ubuntu-docs source and read over the above link,
then have a look over the folder structure, you can see where each
section fits together and append and create as needed. If you're based
on Ubuntu then you should be able to just create your own version of
the package and distribute it.
