There are some moin->docbook utilities. The wiki itself even has this
feature built into it, but it is disabled. From what I have heard,
none of these tools work that well, but I personally have not tried
them.

One thing we could do to make it obvious when changes need to be made
is have a bug report filed on Launchpad whenever the wiki page is
updated. This could be done through the email interface to Launchpad.

I personally am unable to think of any other practical solutions for
keeping the bzr branch in sync with the wiki page. If anybody has any
ideas, I would love to hear them.
