I would suggest the second option.  I think our efforts are better 
focused on getting the existing documentation organized and up to date 
rather than adding to it by moving more material into the community docs.

If you want to see the to-do list for tags, you need to click the links 
on that page that say "List of pages with this tag".

Once a month sounds like a good way to start, but if people want to do 
it every two weeks, that is OK by me.
