help

well the other day i burned ubuntu on a disk then i installed in on my windows vista.So when i restarted my computer it asked me which operating system to run on then i chose ubuntu,then i had to choose what space to take from,(the disk space or the PC space).But i chose the disk space not knowing it would erase my vistas operating system.Could you tell me what to do? please help.
