My plan was to take advantage of the diff feature that the wiki
offers. At least once per cycle, most likely right before string
freeze, we could look at a diff of all of the changes that were made
on the wiki for the packaging guide during that release cycle. We
could then apply these changes to the version maintained in the bzr
branch. I know this method is not ideal, but it is definitely
possible. Also, the packaging guide has been pretty stable lately.
Most of the changes made are relatively minor. There really should not
be an unmanageable amount of changes to make.
