Sorry for not mentioning it to the group, but I've helped out Nathan a
little bit. He came to me with a docbook question about tables recently, and
we were able to partially work it out. We were able to get the docs to
validate, and able to talk through what was previously preventing the docs
from validating (the validated docs did not produce the result that he
wanted). He and I are in the same LoCo team, so we will occasionally talk on
IRC in the loco-team channel.

I think he just kind of works really hard and learns a lot of stuff on his
own, though.

The bigger issue is how to discuss a "doc-team student's" overall level of
knowledge, and how they are progressing. I'll add my notes to this portion
of the discussion on the separate thread.
