[patch] More notes for mediawiki

Adam,
For some reason I'm unable to push my changes to ubuntu-karmic bzr branch. I
can commit but when i push the changes, I face this error.
$ bzr commit lamp-applications.xml
Committing to: /home/bhuvan/projects/ubuntu-doc/
modified serverguide/C/lamp-applications.xml
Committed revision 273.

$ bzr push lp:ubuntu-doc
bzr: ERROR: Cannot lock LockDir(
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/%7Eubuntu-core-doc/ubuntu-doc/ubuntu-karmic/.bzr/branch/lock):
Transport operation not possible: http does not support mkdir()

Meanwhile, can you please commit/push this patch for me?

serverguide/C/lamp-applications.xml
  Include newer instructions to configure mediawiki application. Include
notes about mediawiki extensions.
