Documentation Team meeting

Hi All,

Without having a date set, I've gone ahead and modified the
documentation team meeting wiki page, including a few agenda items.
The page is located here:

As per wiki best practices, feel free to make any adjustments to the
page, including the agenda.  I'm not married to any of the agenda
items, but just see them as appropriate based on recent mailing list
discussions.

In terms of a meeting date, it looks like we'll be looking to hold the
meeting during UDS, which  goes from Monday, May 25th, through Friday
the 29th.  I would be ok if we want to have a preparatory meeting
before then, as that date is about a month and a half away.

I'm flexible with all of this, so whatever others think is best is fine with me.
