Where can I get the latest version of Ubuntu Server Guide(PDF)?

He's not the only one, I did a lot of XSLT work for the Desktop
Training Program on its first release. What we use are the same
DocBook XML to latex to PDF but need to be built with dblatex which is
quite cumbersome and not as flexible as I'd care for. It is a nice
output though.

This was a snag during DT as well because the source is considerably
larger than the PDF - now if MoinMoin supported PDF...
