Where can I get the latest version of Ubuntu Server Guide(PDF)?

We don't currently have a pdf version of the Server Guide for 8.04 but
I'm currently working on building a version for the 8.10 release.

I've put my current version here:

It has some errors but I can't figure out how to fix them... I think
it looks pretty good though. If anyone sees any serious errors, and
more importantly is willing to have a shot at fixing them, give me a
shout!
