String Freeze / ubuntu-docs branched for karmic

Now that string freeze has passed, I've started a new branch for
people to work on material for karmic. The branch is here:

https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-core-doc/ubuntu-doc/ubuntu-karmic

Any new material should be pushed to this branch, and not the
ubuntu-jaunty branch. Changes to the ubuntu-jaunty branch should only
be made according to the process set out here:
