To correspond with the changes made, and the addition of the "Tag To-Do List", I modified our current To-Do to make that page the priority: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WikiToDo I also modified the Tagging on that page so that instead of tagging articles with the Category labels, it tells new users to use the Tag system instead.
