[STUDENTS] Updating visual effects documentation

Hi guys,

I just noticed a nice little project for a student.

The visual effects documentation is out of date. Specifically, the list
in the "compiz-configure" section needs to be updated with the new label
texts. It shouldn't take long to fix this at all.

Please let me know if you're interested in working on this.
