Following on from this, the new WikiGuide refers to the Tag page. I'd
like to propose deletion of the following pages which are now
superceded by the approved tags.
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WikiGuide/TopicTags
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WikiGuide/PageHeaders
I'm copying Duncan as the creator of those pages. Obviously discussion
of what can be done to improve the current "Tag" page is welcome, but
I think it's important that we don't have too many mixed concepts of
banners, tags and headers for now: over complication is going to
result in confusion for both users and editors.
