[STUDENTS] Documenting suspend/hibernation problems

Hi guys,

I noticed this Ubuntu Brainstorm suggestion [1] and thought it would be
a good task for a mentoring student to work on. Is anyone interested?
There are plenty of suggestions on the web for fixing problems with
hibernation [2] [3] [4], and it's a very common problem.
