Is it supposed to point to
http://moinmaster.wikiwikiweb.de/HelpMiscellaneous/FrequentlyAskedQuestions?highlight=(HelpMiscellaneous)#HowcanIcolorizemytext.3F

I'd edit the link in the page, but I'm not sure if this is where it is
supposed to point. It looks like the original link has some PHP session
data in it or something.
