Encrypted Filesystem Wiki Cleanup

I think it would be too confusing splitting up the main index page..
We had this issue years ago with the Bluetooth doco - having a
one-stop page for EncryptedFilesystems then branching off from there
is the best way to go.. It would be like having multiple index pages
for the Wiki..
Perhaps split up the docs underneath each Ubuntu release on the page
into the three categories you suggested below.
The way the encrypted filesystem doco used be was beyond a joke..
