New Wiki page

Please know that if you are referring to the Community Team Home Page, a 
comment was added to the page almost 2 weeks ago, which was sent to anyone 
who subscribed to the page.  I asked for comments or suggestions prior to 
making the switch over.  In addition, the comment was available within the 
code for anyone modifying the site to see.

I also used the listing of Team Leaders on the /Teams page to contact the 
various mailing lists to notify them of them changes.

I made all possible attempts to notify appropriate individuals while the 
page was under development.

It would have been appreciated if this comment was made when the comment 
and request for input was added to the home page.

Please know what we have active memebers on the documentation team that
use Kubuntu and are very persistant in insuring that our documents are
compatible with Kubuntu.

I will be happy to add any additional modifications to the formatting if 
it is not appearing correctly.  However, I would need to see what you are 
seeing in order to do so.

Please provide the information requested, and resubmit your request to the 
Documentation Team Mailing List so that we have it on record.
