Yeah, this is confusing. Someone else also reported this issue and it
was fixed in this revision of the page:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WikiGuide/Communication?action=diff&rev2=6&rev1=5

But I guess with the rewrite of the page that revision was lost. I've
reinstated it now.
