Made this page a more comprehensive "guide"/"index" that links to
existing help docs in order prevent duplication and give users easier
access without having to dig too deeply.

List of Edits Made:
----------------------------------
If you haven't contributed to the wiki before, these are the best pages
to start with. (+ link) HelpForUsers. [This was not linked to in
previous versions and could be considered one of 'the' most essential
pages when working with the Wiki]

Created section "Navigation"

(+) * [[HelpOnNavigation | Navigating the Wiki]]
(+) * HelpOnActions - learn all about the options available in the
drop-down box when editing
(+) * RecentChanges - see where people are currently working
(+) * FindPage - search or browse the database in various ways
(+) * TitleIndex - a list of all pages in the wiki
(+) * WordIndex - a list of all words that are part of page title
(thus, a list of the concepts in a wiki)

Created secion " "Wiki Markup"

(-) * [[/PageCreation]] - Guidance on creating pages on this wiki.
(+) [[HelpOnPageCreation | Creating Pages]] - Guidance on creating pages
(This was added to prevent duplication and easy access)

Renamed the following links for more clarity:

* [[HelpOnEditing | Basic Wiki Markup]] - the starting point to learn
everything about wiki markup
* [[HelpOnMoinWikiSyntax | Advanced Wiki Markup]] - Comprehensive
explanation of the wikitext syntax used on this web-site.

Moved the following under "Wiki Markup"

 * [[/WritingGuide]] - Writing style and conventions that are encouraged
on the wiki.
 * [[DocumentationTemplate]] - Recommended page structure.

Renamed "Further Guidance" to "Getting Involved"

Reorganized links in the section by incorporating the "WikiTeam" as the
first link.
