Part of the problem is that pages like the ones that lists the Tagged 
Articles, specifically have to remain on the Community wiki because they 
are running scripts that auto import that data onto the page.  
Unfortunately, that is why we can't move them to the Team Wiki....Unless 
the auto search can be cross-scripted between the two?  However, I 
strongly would think that documents related to wiki editing or creation 
that rests within the Community Help Wiki fall under the WikiGuide 
Parent and be associated under a category of "some" kind.
